About Life Steps

Life Steps is a UAW - GM joint program developed to work with Lansing Delta Township Plant employees, spouses and retirees on improving or sustaining their health status.

As the workforce ages, our chances of dealing with risk factors such as heart/artery disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high body fat percentages, etc. increase as well.
